We never sell your data. Your trip, fuel, and filing data is used only to prepare and file your IFTA returns and keep your audit archive.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, company, IFTA license and base jurisdiction, USDOT number.
- Operational data: trip/mileage records, ELD or GPS data you connect, fuel receipts and fuel-card imports, and the returns we prepare.
- Usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To reconcile miles and fuel, calculate tax by jurisdiction, prepare and (on Autopilot) file your returns, and maintain a four-year audit archive.
- We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Sharing
We share information only: (a) with your base jurisdiction or the IFTA filing system as needed to file a return you authorize; (b) with service providers (including telematics connectors you enable) under confidentiality obligations; or (c) where required by law.
How it's protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access limited to you and authorized X3 personnel supporting your account.
- Retained for the IFTA record period (typically four years) so you are audit-ready.
Your choices
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us, subject to IFTA recordkeeping requirements.
- Disconnect a telematics or fuel-card source at any time.
